Haha and yes definitely always book at least a couple of nights before you travel - you can always find places after that! Did you visit the desert when you rode throught the mountains? We stayed with the Berbers in their camp, but slept outside because we simply could not turn away the gorgeous night sky that was FILLED with stars!
